We want to be upfront with our families, so that you are not hit
with unexpected expenses during the Dance Year.

Trial/Drop-In Classes
Our Teachers encourage everyone to explore a wide variety of classes to become strong, well rounded dancers!
Contact us at any time during the year to book a Trial or Drop-In to a class, no commitment necessary, and explore all the styles of dance you love most.
Registration Fee
$55 Annual Registration Fee is due upon each student’s Enrollment.
Upon Registration, dancers must also agree to our Dance Academy's policies for safety, dancer wellness, photo release etc.
When classes begin, new students will receive an HDA Tee included in this cost, returning students receive a new item of HDA logo-wear.
Tuition Rates
Pricing is calculated per dancer, per weekly classes, and will be billed on the 25th of the previous month (Example: January Tuition will be due December 25th). With your first class being $85/mo, and all additional classes you take marked down to $55 more per month each.
Student Taking One Weekly Class: $85/Month
Student Taking Two Weekly Classes: $140/Month
Student Taking Three Weekly Classes: $195/Month
Student Taking Four Weekly Classes $250/Month
Student Taking Five Weekly Classes $305/Month
We recommend saving a card on file in your Portal and opting into the AutoPay option, so that you never have to worry about missing a due date.
Additional Class Fees
Tumbling Tools for Dance includes a Supply Fee of $40, as this class will require the use of safety mats and other equipment throughout the year.
Christmas Performances & Spring Recital
All classes will get to participate in Christmas Performances at the start of the holiday season, and our big Spring Recital at the end of our Dance Year!
For each dance you perform, there will be a Costume Fee of $115 + tax
Additional costumes for the same dancer are $90 + tax.
Christmas Costume Fees are due in full on August 31st, 2026.
Spring Recital Costume Fees are due in full on February 1st, 2027.
Spring Recital also requires a Recital Fee ($90 per dancer), which enables us to book the Recital Venue in advance.
Every student will receive Two General Admission Tickets to the Recital as well as a Video of the full performance, included with this fee.
Recital Fees are due in full on October 5th, 2026.

Our Dance Year will run from August 17th, 2026-June 5th, 2027.

Payment Policy/Late Fees
Services such as Dance Classes, Private Lessons, or Products sold by the Dance Academy cannot be rendered unless complete payment has been provided first, so we ask that all dance families are using the HDA calendar or automated systems to make all payments in a timely manner.
When enrolling in the 2026-2027 Dance Year, you are committing to payments for your class for the full term August 2026-June 2027. Classes missed cannot be pro-rated based on your student's attendance, and in the case of multiple absences teachers may require you to purchase additional Private Lessons to help you catch up.
By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge your commitment to the above, including that dancers may not book or receive classes or products without payment, and payments incomplete after their due date will incur Late Fees after 5 days which may reoccur until the payment is complete.
Ways to Save
We're so grateful for families that continue to choose the HDA Family year after year, that's why we offer returning students our biggest price break when you re-enroll early! Current students can do so now in the Dancer Portal:

-Done! We'll add your Loyalty Savings to your account. Then join us August 8th, for our Back to Dance Bash to select your final choice of classes & pay August Tuition, while we celebrate the start of another year dancing together!
New Dance Families can save on Tuition too! Contact us about paying your Semesters In Full for 5% off of Tuition per Semester. (August-December and January-May in just two payments.)
Note: Discounts cannot be stacked.
Referral Program
Love our dance studio? Please recommend us to a friend who you know would benefit from our classes!
When a new family enrolls based on your referral, both families receive a $10 credit to your accounts as a thank you bonus from our studio.
They must enter your first and last name in the “How did you hear about us?” box when creating their online Portal for you to receive the studio credit.
